to Elevate Chiropractors into Medico-Legal Leadership

CHIROPRACTORS SEEKING TO ADVANCE their professional credentials and strengthen their role in the personal injury (PI) arena now have a groundbreaking opportunity with the launch of the Academy of Injury Claim Auditors.

With CEU sponsorship through Northeastern College of Health Sciences, the academy offers chiropractors a structured path to gain medico-legal expertise, improve their practice revenues, and achieve recognition as trusted leaders in injury claim documentation and analysis.

Two Distinctive Certification Tracks

The academy has a tiered certification model designed to meet the growing demand for forensic-level documentation in PI cases:

TIER 1: Certified Personal Injury Examiner (CPIE)

Advancing from generic Medicare 99205-99204-level exams to the focused Injury Model Exam and related documentation, this certification equips chiropractors with advanced training to identify, evaluate, and document injuries beyond standard Medicare-level exams.

CPIE graduates demonstrate their ability to perform the Injury Model Exam; engage trauma inventories; use electronic patient reporting outcomes (ePROs); incorporate clinical decisionand diagnosis-making search engines to capture overlooked diagnoses; rate impairments with automated algorithms; and generate injury reports that rise to the next level of both clinical and legal sufficiency standards, bridging the critical gap between health care and litigation.

TIER 2: Certified Injury Claim Auditor (CICA)

The upper-tier CICA designation builds on CPIE with expanded expertise in forensic injury documentation meeting Federal Rules of Evidence (PRE - 701-706) and countering tort reforms. Chiropractors trained at this level gain proficiency in clinical forensic economic assessments, structured decision-making, application of federal expectancy data categories, and evidentiary audit methodologies.

Attorneys are seeking partnership relationships with trained auditors to solve their top problems of undervaluation and insurer disputes, and they pre-pay chiropractic auditors the prevailing fee of $1,500 per audit. This certification confirms competency to produce courtready, admissible documentation that aligns with modern tort reform compliance.

Raising Standards, Respect, and Referrals By achieving academy certification, chiropractors will elevate their status as clinicians and indispensable medico-legal experts. Graduates will gain greater respect in the legal community, increase attorney referrals, and open new revenue streams through properly documented PI cases. “Today’s PI landscape demands more than basic examination skills,”said Dr. Frank Liberti, founder of the academy.“Attorneys and insurers alike are requiring forensic-level documentation that can stand up to tort reform and evidentiary scrutiny. Our academy fills that gap, preparing chiropractors to thrive, lead, and command recognition in their local medico-legal communities.”

Seminars and Limited Enrollment

The academy’s certification process requires live seminar attendance, completion of the structured tutorial, and successful passage of the certification exam. Enrollment for 2025-2026 is limited with 500 slots remaining, and registration closes in May 2026.

Chiropractors who are ready to strengthen their PI business, expand their professional credentials, and deliver new services while creating new revenue streams in the process will secure a new level of authority in their communities and are encouraged to visit AcademyOflnjuryClaimAuditors.com,
